Together with the students of the Beth Tikvah photography program, I am proud to present this show of photographic images created by our talented photographers. Some chose to display   images created during previous programs, while others have shown images created in this current term.

The objective of this course was to produce images in the camera, similar to what was seen by the naked eye, before pointing the camera towards the subject and pressing the shutter. To create such compelling photographs, our photographers have applied their knowledge of the workings of their camera,  the rules of composition, the elements of design and the characteristics of light.

We offer our thanks to the administrative and custodial people at Beth Tikvah Synagogue, who each week give us sweets, and coffee and make us feel at home.
