For 20 years Phyllis was teaching technology to over 500 lawyers and support staff at McMillan LLP, a high profile international law firm. In this role, Phyllis delivered at least 50 technical courses, having personally authoring each User Guide.

In 2008, still teaching at McMillan, Phyllis began competitive public speaking and has won numerous national awards. Driven to enhance her writing skills, Phyllis attended Ryerson University to study Journalism, George Brown College to study Adult Education, and University of Toronto to study Philosophy, thus deepening her spiritual side!

Nowadays, when Phyllis isn’t speaking, writing, delivering or attending courses, she can be found counselling others in her capacity as a Certified Life, Wellness, and Mediation Coach.

Phyllis says her ultimate professional pride is her current position with the Ministry of Ontario, where she delivers motivational workshops at several of our Ontario prisons. Phyllis has commanded the largest prison audience in Ontario and won awards for her dedication, innovation, and inspirational work.

Coaching and counselling marginalized people, while guiding them on their healing journey is what Phyllis calls, “Making her Dream a Reality!”
