Join Orli for a gentle energizing Yoga practice
to get you ready for the day.
This Practice will include some physical postures, breath work and short mediation at the end to help you cultivate a sense of peace and space in body and mind.
Classes are 60 min and we will use chairs to enhance our experience and support our practice.
This is an all level practice, so whether you’re new to yoga or have done it many times, you can still benefit and be able to join.
Orli Ziv is a senior Yoga and Meditation teacher with over 30 years of experience.
She has specialties in working with people who have faced trauma, chronic illness and disability.
Orli is a yoga instructor and a mindfulness ambassador.
She has spent hundreds of hours exploring different movements from variations of dance forms and different styles of yoga.
Through the natural progression of mind and body connection, she felt the need to dive into mindfulness and continue to explore with awareness and curiosity.
Orli’s intention is to offer her students space to explore the relationship of movement and breath free of self judgment through the practice of presence and staying true to oneself.

THE BENEFITS OF CHAIR YOGA:
Some of the yoga poses we’re accustomed to doing on the floor can be done just as effectively on a chair. In fact, almost any pose can be practiced while seated.
The benefit of chair yoga is that you get the stretch without the strain. And while chair yoga is often recommended for people who have limited mobility because of age or injury, it is also available to anyone who wants to practice.
All you need is something sturdy to sit on—secured, please, so it won’t slip out from under you.
Then have a seat, take a deep breath, and begin.
