- SESSION ONE: Examine the price of being a family and professional caregiver, and how to cope. Discuss “A Caregiver’s Bill of Rights”. Learn, give and receive gentle hands-on/ hands-off grounding techniques down the extremities
- SESSION TWO: While practicing the concept of creating sacred space, also learn how to set your intention to be fully present and focused in order to be deeply heart centered. Explore stress and burnout. Learn and practice how to use imagery, visualization and color; facilitated with gentle hands-off movements
- SESSION THREE: Make a profound human connection using the power of touch, and also seeing wholeness not brokenness in order to preserve dignity. Learn a gentle hands-on technique developed for pain
- SESSION FOUR: Explore tools for self-care & life after being a caregiver. Learn, give & receive the “Hand Heart Connection” technique developed for palliative care, bereavement and special moments
