Due to the continuous, positive response to our Yizkor Book, we will be publishing a Yizkor Book to be used at Yizkor Services throughout the year 5784 which contains the names of our deceased loved ones, together with special readings.
If you would like your loved ones’ names to appear, please complete the form below.
All names received by MONDAY, JULY 17, 2023 will be included in this book.
Please note names are not automatically renewed from year to year.
The cost is $20.00 per memorialized name.
Deadline: Please complete and return the form below with your payment no later than 12:00 pm, on Monday July 17, 2023
