Proof of Vaccination
Beth Tikvah will require proof of vaccination or negative test result for all members and visitors entering the building to attend services or programs. We are pleased to introduce a more convenient option that will allow our members entry into the Synagogue without having to show their vaccination documentation on each visit.
Proof of vaccination may be provided:
1. In advance, by uploading a copy of your second vaccine certificate (pdf or picture).
To download a copy of your certification from the Ontario Government, please CLICK HERE .
2. By showing proof at the door (paper copy of vaccine certificate, along with government-issued ID).
No copies or records of vaccination status will be kept, only a record of eligibility to access our Synagogue based on provincial rules.
All those ages 5 and up must be fully vaccinated (two weeks after second dose) or must have tested negative for COVID-19 (within the previous 48 hours) in order to enter the building.
► Vaccines approved by Health Canada: Moderna, Pfizer, AstraZenica or Johnson & Johnson
